Help with Tonnage.

Open the app and choose Create account, or sign up in a browser at tonnage.cloudnativesolutions.ai: an e-mail address and a password. It is free. The same account works on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and the web.

On the sign-in screen, type your e-mail address and tap “Forgot password?”. We mail you a link to set a new one. No mail after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, then write to us.

iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later, Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later, and any current browser on a phone, tablet or computer.

Today shows the program day that is next; tap Start session. Train logs each set with big steppers, starts the rest timer and spots your PRs. A session survives the app being closed.

It is a Live Activity. In the iPhone’s Settings → Tonnage, make sure Live Activities is on, then start a rest in Train.

It comes with the iPhone app. Open the Watch app on your iPhone, find Tonnage under Available Apps and tap Install. A session started on either device shows on both.

Profile → Connected devices → Apple Health, then choose what to share. To take access back, open the Health app → Sharing → Apps → Tonnage. What Health data is used for: Apple Health in the privacy policy.

Everything syncs while you are signed in to the same account and online. Sessions logged offline go up as soon as you are back on the network. Still missing? Pull down on Today to sync now, or sign out and in again on that device.

Open the invite link you were sent, or go to Profile → Teams → Join with a code and type the code.

A team’s coaches see your training history while you are in the team. A crew sees only the stats you switch on for it. Details: who can see your data.

In the team or crew, open the menu of the announcement, the member, the program day or the feed post (“…” on the web, a long press or the menu on iPhone and iPad) and choose Report; to report the team itself, use Report this team on its page. Pick a reason, add a note if you like, and send. The team’s admins see it without your name; we see every report and act on it, usually within a day. How reports work.

Open the member’s menu in that team or crew and choose Block. You no longer see their announcements, activity, reactions or place in the standings there, and they no longer see your activity in the feed. They are not told; Unblock is in the same menu. You can also leave any team or crew from its page at any time.

Profile → AI buddy. Buddy asks for your go-ahead once, before its first answer. From the same page you can delete one conversation or all of them.

It can. Its suggestions are cards you apply yourself, so check them first. Tell us what it said, and we will look into it. Buddy is not medical advice.

Profile → Data & backup → Export backup. You get your whole log as a JSON file; on the web you can also download a ZIP with your photos and videos.

In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account (iPhone, iPad and the web). Confirm with your passkey or your password, and the account and everything in it are deleted at once; there is no waiting period and no undo, so export your log first if you want a copy. Cannot sign in? E-mail us from the address on your account and we delete it for you. What is deleted.
